What is Leed?

LEED certification is now required for all new building construction and major building renovations (includes their site preparation) owned by Canada Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) as well as a growing number of provinces and municipalities.

Whether your project is for new construction, renovation or demolition, WDS has a proven track record of being able to develop, execute and quantify a waste/recyclable material segragation plan that tabulates the diversion achievements of a customer in order to fulfill the LEED credit criteria.
